Please take care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee

Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. ​Security deposits does not cover damages beyond a certain amount

Please do not arrange the furniture

Bedrooms: Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms

AIR CONDITION: Doors must be kept closed once the AC is on. The AC is not on a timer so please ​take off once the room is cool as this will be very costly to run.

Please take off the AC when leaving the property

To put the AC on use the remote control provided. Press the on button to turn off and the same ​button to take off. The units are already set to the correct level.

TOILET: Do not put any sanitary towels down the toilet bowl as this could cause blockage.

Nappy bags are provided. Once used placed in bins provided

KITCHEN: Do not cut directly on the granite counter tops. Cutting board is provided

Do not use any scourers on the stove

Please do your dishes

LAUNDRY: Use the airer provided and clothes clips

Only liquid soap to be used in the washer

Instructions are on the machine on how to use them. Just turn to the required cycle and press ​start and leave until machine is completed

Please take your trash out before you leave
